Staff & Elders
Chris Durbin
Lead Pastor/Elder Team
Chris is married to Laura and they have two daughters. Chris has a BA from Cedarville University and an MA from Liberty University. Chris accepted the call to become our Lead Pastor in 2022.
Jenn Martin
Ministry Coordinator
Jenn is married to Jim and they have two daughters.
As Ministry Coordinator Jenn oversees our Weymouth Kids ministry, facilitates communication between Ministry Teams, and handles other administrative duties.
AJ Coy
Worship Resident
AJ joined our staff as a Worship Resident in 2023.
AJ leads our Music Team and leads our Praise Band on Sunday mornings. AJ also leads our Weymouth Students Youth Group on Wednesday nights.
Russell Kinnebrew
Elder Team Lead
Russ is our Lead Elder who has oversight of our Elder Team and Missions Team.

As an Elder Jim has oversight over our Hospitality Team and Tech Team.
