  • What caught your attention in this passage?
  • Why do you think Peter was so excited to see Jesus on the shore?
  • What is a situation in life when you remember feeling inadequate?
  • Can you think of a time when God demonstrated His power by using you?
  • What is something in your life right now, for/about which you need to depend on the power of God?

  • What caught your attention in this passage?
  • What do you think is significant about Jesus asking Peter 3 different times if he loved Him?

John 21:1-14

Question: Who will take care of us?

Truth: We are inadequate

Truth: God will do His work through us

SO WHAT? Depend on the power of God


John 21:15-17 (Luke 16:13; Matthew 10:37)

Question: Do you love me?

Ministry: Take spiritual care of my people


John 21:18-25 (I Corinthians 15:58)

SO WHAT? Follow Me
