Elder Team
We are church led by Elders who serve as under-shepherds of Christ.
Each Elder is called to meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. The Elders lead by devoting themselves to prayer and the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4), as well as overseeing various ministry teams and their leaders.

Chris Durbin
Lead Pastor/Elder Team
Chris is married to Laura and they have two daughters. He has been the Lead Pastor of Weymouth since May of 2022. Before that he served as the Associate Pastor at Shoreline Church for nine years, after serving as a Pastoral Resident at Parkside Church for one year. Upon accepting the call to come to Weymouth, he was ordained and commissioned by the Elders of Shoreline, Parkside, and Weymouth. He also has a BA in Youth Ministry and an MA in Christian Ministry.
As an Elder, Chris oversees the corporate worship and expositional preaching of the church, as well as our Staff Team and discipleship ministries (Life Groups, Sunday Classes, Weymouth Kids, Weymouth Students, Men’s & Women’s ministries).
Russell Kinnebrew
Elder Team Lead
Russ is our Elder Team Lead who has oversight of our Elder Team, Prayer Team, and Missions Team.
Jim Stephens
Elder Team Scribe
Jim is our Elder Team Scribe who also has oversight over our Hospitality Team and Tech Team.
Dave Hoecke
Elder Team Finance Officer
As an Elder, Dave has oversight of our Finance Team.

As an Elder Tom has oversight over our Facility Team and Senior Adults Ministry Team.

Our Staff Team serves to meet the practical ministry needs of our church and community.
Jenn Martin
Weymouth Kids Coordinator
Jenn is married to Jim and they have two daughters.
As our Weymouth Kids Coordinator, Jenn oversees our minstry to kids and families on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.
Emily Varner
Music Team Coordinator
Emily is married to Doug, and they have two children.
As our Music Team Coordinator, Emily helps organize our corporate worship on Sundays by leading our music team volunteers, planning practices, and picking songs in partnership with the Lead Pastor.
Annie Ricker
Church Administrator
Annie is married to Justin, and they have two children.
As our Church Administrator, Annie coordinates communication and details for our various ministry teams.
Dennis Horvath
Church Custodian
Dennis is married to Jill.
As our Church Custodian, Dennis helps clean and organize the building so it can be used for ministry and outreach.
